More Mountain Fun

We went hiking again this weekend. Here I am throwing rocks in the water. We hiked around three different lakes/ponds!Daddy had a hard time keeping up with me. I was on a hunt for some good pine cones. Those suckers were sticky tough becuase once I picked some up they wouldn't let go of my hand!

We had a picnic lunch and I got to sit ON the table and eat. It was so much fun!

I started getting tired though so Daddy had to carry me and snuggle.

Once last time throwing rocks in the water then it was homeward bound!

Gymnastics Class

I am in Gymnastics Class now! Yup they have it for 1 year olds. So far I have done a handstand, back hand spring, and walked across the balance beam.

I much prefer to run and explore than to do the group activities! Thankfully all the other kids agree with me!

Around Town

We went and walking around downtown. They had a lot of stuff to play on and lots of rocks (I LOVE rocks).

Then I saw two girls eating Ice Cream. So I stopped and opened my mouth so they could give me some but Mom said NO!! Then Dad took me to get my own and Ben & Jerry's!

When we got home I had a surprise waiting for me from Aunt Heather and my cousins. A new doll!

Amy & Justin

Our friends Amy and Justin were in town and we got to go play with them. Here is Amy showing me how to play with chalk...but I liked watching her play more.

Here I am with mommy. I ate SOOOO much food that day!

Justin is so much fun, he played with me and my new stuffed pigs.

Then I had fun climbing on the chairs..up and down, up and down. Thank goodness Daddy was near to catch me!

Happy Birthday Amy! We can't wait to see you guys again!

Rocky Mountains

We went up to Rocky Mnt Park today and did some exploring. There were a ton of ducks in the water and even some baby ducks. I momentarily stopped playing with dirt to look at them!

Yup....here I am playing with dirt and rocks. It was so much fun.

We saw a lot of people in the water and I wanted to go to. Here I am trying to jump out of mommy's arms into the stream below.

Mom and dad caved in and let me put my feet in. It was super cold but I didn't care!

Dad brought me really close to the big river. It was so interesting I wouldn't look up for a picture!

I got to play on some big huge rocks!

And then I played with the dirt......again.
